The plan: take a trial run for The dualathon coming up. I was barely out a half a mile and I slipped on some gravel, (nothing
new, I've done that before) but this time, I broke my ankle!
At least that's what the x-ray at the urgent care said.
I've been just a little bitter about this. Trenton was very
sympathetic and insisted on a band-aid.

Ouch, that looks like it hurts so bad. Your ankle is VERY swollen. That stinks about the race. Good luck with everything.
Ouch, a broken ankle. How long are you out for? That is a totally bummer. Maybe it will make a good trick or treat Halloween costume accessory? O hope it heals really fast.
