LAKE TRIP

I didn't have my blog in the summer, but since we had so much fun, I'm going to have to post some of our pictures...
These are some from our lake camping trip.
We're just Lucky that Satya & Amaron have a boat and invite us to come along.
David gets to drive so Amaron can ride with his girls.
Trenton looks misrable, but that's cause I had to wake him up
I knew he wouldn't want to miss the boat ride and he eventually loved it.

Brooklyn and Sage(4yrs, Satya's girl)

I swear the kids are having fun!

Brooklyn was very brave!

Grandpa Pember took the girls for a ride in his craft,

Charlee (3 yrs, Anna's oldest) Brooklyn and Halee(5 yrs, Satya's oldest).

Dad teaching Trenton how to skip rocks

As if he needed a lesson on how to "throw" rocks.

Trent's favorite thing to do...MUD!

Hi Lucia -

What a pleasant surprise to hear from you the other day - thanks for dropping me a note! Yes - my wife Holli and I moved to Georgia just a month ago for me to go back to school again. I'm crazy - there's no other way to put it.

Holli and I have been married two and a half years. We met while I was finishing my bachelor's and just starting my master's degree...she was working at ASU and we were both in the same ward.

The biggest change in life has been the move to Georgia. We lived in Scottsdale for a couple of years where I worked for a consulting firm and then as a lobbyist for the AZ Association of Counties. It was a good job, but I had other aspirations, you know? So, here we are.

Sounds and looks like you're doing well! How is the rest of your family? I saw the blog you made for Keith -- how exciting that he's just started his mission. Good for him.

Your kids are super cute, by the way. Makes me a little jealous! We don't have kids yet, but we're hoping the time come soon. We have a niece and nephew the same ages as your kids and we really miss them. It's strange. Holli and I really like kids, and we're good with kids, we just dont have them yet. :(

Anyway...I'll end this novel. Thanks again for writing. I added your blog to our blogroll and I'll be sure to read often. I love looking at pictures and seeing what people are up to, especially since we're so far away!

Hope all is well - take care!
