| The baby chicks have arrived... by mail! We eat so many eggs at our house that it was only natural we had to raise our own chickens. 25 chicks, was the smallest number they would mail, so in the spring... hopefully, we'll be getting 25 eggs a day!! |

| They're so cute... until they poop on your hand, hee hee. This is our "exotic bird" that was sent as an added gift. Brooklyn has claimed this one and appropriately named it Summer, since it's the only yellow bird. |

| Kendall and Trenton have since claimed their own birds and have me convinced they can tell them apart. They have their own names but they seem to change every day. Today it is Brownie (naturally) and I can't pronounce the names of Kendall's something like "mi-la" yesterday it was "ko-naw". Love 3 year olds:) |
