So I forgot to mention that I was going on vacation. To my Parents house. It wasn't planned but I also went on vacation from my camera and from blogging. As much as I love doing both, AND I DO. It was a nice break. Why is it such a chore to bring the camera?! Not sure. So not in any order... I stole these pics from Satya's blog.

Good 'Ol ST. Johns

24Th Celebrations.

For those of you who may not know, the 24Th celebrations, are celebrating when the Mormon Pioneers made it to Utah. The Mormons also came to St. Johns, so they celebrate Huge up there. Lot's of fun remembering our ancestors.

I haven't been to SJ in Years! Since it's been 10 years since High school, I thought I'd go back to enjoy the 24Th celebrations. The 24Th Pioneer Parade.

In SJ everyone in town parks there cars in a big circle at the Airport and we bring our potlucks. I like to walk around the whole circle and chat with old friends. It represents the Mormon pioneers and how they camped.

The kids enjoyed playing in the dirt. They were making dirt birthday cakes and singing to each other. Gotta love it.
