Desert Grande Triathlon-Duathlon
Everyone did the Duathlon,except for Charlotte
she did the TRI! Great job girls!
Today was my race that I didn't get to run.My friends kindly allowed me to be in the pics anyway.
Melissa & Satya, they both did so well. Satya
came in 2nd in her age and 4th overall and
Melissa, funny story, she HAD to use the bathroom
before the race and they started without out her!
I felt so sad that I wanted to cry! But she came
out and just took off and passed quite a few people!
I was very impressed. The three of us have been
running together since highschool and I think
it's safe to say that we've all improved since then.
Good job GIRLS.
Next time I'll be with ya.
Satya's Friend Melanie also ran and biked

Oh how sad for you to have to just be a cheerleader for everyone else! :( How much longer do you have to wear the cast? When will you be able to run again? I'm sure you are ready to get if off! Well I'm anxious to see your Halloween pics! I'm still bummed that we had to miss the ward party and seeing all the kiddos dressed up! Your family always has the cutest costumes! I bet you already have plans for next year, huh?
